Emily has just been cast in a new comedic webseries called Sloppy Seconds. Created by Connor Tracy and Chase Kiefiuk, the series is about a group of friends attempting to manage (and afford) life in the Bay Area. In the first episode, ex-boyfriends Chris and Steve are forced to move in together when one of them is broken up with and the other loses his job. They end up forming a misfit tribe with Viv and Tenley, and the four of them navigate the millennial troubles of start-ups, drugs, and "adulting" together. Emily is playing Tenley, the type A people-pleaser who can always be found with a Starbucks cup. Emily is really excited about playing a type of character that she rarely gets to work on, and she especially can't wait to work on a comedy again. Sloppy Seconds will be shooting in early October.
