The Adventures of Serena Berg Release!

The first episodes of The Adventures of Serena Berg have been released!  The webseries, based on the play Cyrano de Bergerac, is about Serena, a transgender girl navigating life in college.  Emily plays Deena, a major supporting character who acts as a confidante to Serena's best friend Roxanne.  Additionally, Emily co-directed some of the episodes.  Below are some behind-the-scenes photos of Emily working on the Serena Berg set.  The first episodes are up on the The Adventures of Serena Berg Youtube channel now, and more will be uploaded every week!  Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss Emily's debut as Deena!

The trailer for The Adventures of Serena Berg is here!  The new webseries, in which Emily plays a supporting character, is finished with most of its principal photography and will premiere on August 23rd on its Youtube channel.  For a teaser about what the show will be like, watch the trailer below!  And to learn more about Emily's character and the other actors who have been cast, keep an eye on the The Adventures of Serena Berg tumblr and Facebook for the cast reveals!

After Is Entering Post-Production!

Emily recently shot After, a female-driven, science fiction short drama that is currently in post-production.  Emily wrote directed, and produced the short film, as well as portraying one of the protagonists.  In the film, Emily's character Kate and her sister Natalie return to their childhood home to gather survival supplies several months after an outbreak triggers a zombie apocalypse.  There, they encounter someone from their past and struggle with what this new world means for their lives.  The short film was shot by Director of Photography Nick Hughes and also stars Kim Hollkamp as Natalie, who Emily previously worked with on The Moments.

After is the first short Emily has directed and produced since college, and she couldn't be more grateful to all who helped and excited to share it!
